DUSK currently gives you 28 days from receiving the order to return unwanted items, provided they're suitable for resale and still have their original packaging.

Small items can currently be returned free through Evri.

Large items need a collection arranged by DUSK, with a £39.99 collection fee deducted from the refund.

DUSK says a return can take up to 14 days to reach it, and it aims to process refunds within five working days of receipt, although customers are asked to allow up to 14 days.

Once processed, the money can take up to another five working days to appear, depending on your bank.

DUSK's current returns process does not operate as a standard exchange service.

If you need another size, colour or product, the usual route is to return the unwanted item and place a separate order.

DUSK currently gives customers 100 nights to try an eligible mattress.

If it isn't right for you, you can request a return within the trial period, although a collection charge is deducted from the refund.

Report the problem to DUSK promptly and keep the packaging.
